In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $40 deposit, which will be due when booking your next appointment. I will send an invoice and apply this payment towards your next service one time. After that, it becomes a fee.

Please be advised that I require a fee equal to 50% of your missed service in order to rebook, also sent in an invoice.

You will also have the option to schedule future appointments as needed and not pre-book, after the invoice has been paid in full.

I realize life can be messy at times and emergencies happen. As always, I will consider each case individually.
